At least here isn't Videotron which provides services in town but BTW. I'm a former Videotron customers and I don't suggest Videotron anymore. Here services are provided by Cogeco Cable, and I had a service outage last week and they call me when the service was retablished. Holy crap!! I feel your pain, J. This summer I was without internet and cable for, ahem, nine and a half weeks! And that was from a basic change-of-address request.
